I bought overwatch a while ago and played it a couple of time then. I have recently reinstalled it but whenever I try to load into the actual game it says that i have no overwatch license. online it says that the game is active.
It may be that you bought the game on a different Battlenet account.
Please make a ticket with as much info as possible, such as your game key, or transaction ID for your purchase and we’ll try to find it 
I bought the game around 2018 and have since lost the box and disc is it still possible to fix without them
