No sound (audio mixer full volume)

Sound works everywhere but in Overwatch. Absolute silence. I saw that a year ago there was a fix where it was as simple as going to the sound mixer and upping Overwatch, but that’s not the case.
I’m running on Windows 10 btw

(edit) I updated some drivers but now when I play the sound is very glitchy and I get fps drops
