No voice chat sound

Hi,

When i connect to an Overwatch party i cannot hear anything on the voice chat, despite having joined it and using voice chats on a lot of other applications and games. It also seems that my mic is not recognized neither by battle.net when i test it. I’ve tried all the things you defined in your dedicated support thread, but it doesnt help.

I can send you my MSinfo and DxDiag if required.

Have you worked out a fix for this?

I’m having the same issues, I’ve heard back from support but haven’t been successful. The ticket is still open and i’m waiting for more info however would be good to hear if you found the problem.
