By “nerf” I mean that thing that makes a hero worse than before btw @ Blizzard.

Blizzard are clueless as per this, and historic “Balances”.
Yeah they really need to nerf her, she is getting too annoying.
No they aren’t. They’re just doing it in stages.
They’re being far too slow with it, but they have a plan apparently.
