yeah that’s not right, Lucios dad worked on sonic technology, not black holes, they also look absolutely nothing alike

i mean black holes and sonic technology wouldn’t even be in the same field, if he was successful in making a sound based weapon i don’t see why they’d move him onto something so different, not everyone has to birth everyone else, not everyone who works for vishkar is lucios dad

I think this is the most unlikely theory i heard so far. XD

Anyways, i figured his nationality is probably dutch, as his voice actor is a dutchman living in london, there’s also a bit of history regarding dutch astronomers and physicists to be known here.

I also assume the unveiling of the first black hole picture a few months ago might’ve been something that sparked the black hole hero idea.

As for the hero’s powers, it could be anything from manipulating gravity, to stretching time / space, or even spawning an actual black hole.
Maybe even gravitational lensing could be a thing. XD

Just going on a tangent here, but real life black holes have some amazing properties, im pretty curious as to see what the dev’s came up with.

Sigma is not related to any current hero, he’s probably an explanation for all the gravity-based tech in the OW universe, like Orisa and Zarya.

I can only imagine what kind of comp he would be best in, what his abilities would be, what kind of Comp he will create or help/hinder and just aaaaahhh :heart_eyes:

Is blizzard so goddamn brainless, that the only idea they constantly think of is adding even MORE SHIELDS or barriers of some sort?!? Most of the time I feel like playing junk is mandatory due to all of that c4ncer we need to bash before even scratching the enemy.

Overwatch , out of any team shooter I’ve ever played, has more shields, more action stoppers, more cc… and I’ve been playing shooters since the very first one, that’s right, Wolfenstein 3D.

But you know what, I’m a tank main and tbh, we need a new shield tank. Way too much emphasis and responsibility is being put on Rein and Orisa’s shoulders and for the longest time I’ve been saying we need a new shield tank to help on the front line and Sigma seems like he fits that role and from what I’ve seen is also fun to play.

This is one more shield I’m ok with, but had the new hero been a non tank I would have been pissed and complaining about the new shield right along with you.
