Who do you think would win?
He seems to be unstoppable however Winston did defeat him and Orisa does exist to fight him.
There’s an interaction where Doomfist mentions fighting her before but he could just be referring to the regular OR-14
This might be a question for those Death Battle guys.
However, judging from the lore, Doomfist is ridiculously agile, strong and fast as he is capable of dodging electricity, can punch massive craters in the ground and toss around rocks and cars. He also appears to have a shield that protects him from Tracers and Genji’s attacks. I am not a math wiz but I’m sure the DB guys would do the sums and work out that he’s ridiculously powerful.
As far as I’m aware, Orisa is made out of OR15 parts which are made out of metal. Also, the thing with robots, and anything with mechanical moving parts is that, in real life they’re actually quite fragile. Like, if you were to dent a leg joint for example, that leg can no longer move because the ball would no longer fit into its housing properly. Also, there’s computer chips and connections that could easily be broken.
So, if Doomfist can punch a crater into the ground then I don’t see Orisa surviving a single hit.
But like, we’re dealing with anime rules here, where whatever the writer wants to happen, will happen. 
However, I like Orisa as a character and I wouldn’t want to see her builder see her creation get smashed by Doom. I suspect that the writers will subvert expectations and never actually have them fight, at least not 1 on 1.
