i feel like some heroes are becoming useless because of the new ones and some older ones just seem too powerful i wish there were a term to describe it but its almost like some charecters dont even have power unless they are focusing on one player with a counter like brig counters tracer otherwise a bit pointless using if u get what i mean

Yeah no brig doesnt counter anything anymore… tracers and genjis are not allowed to have hard counters because it hurts the people who play those heros feelings

but genji is easy to counter with lasers and such and that was just a example there are many heroes that just get bullied because some are that overpowered

the big picture is… Genji can solo wipe a team… all he does is farm his ult from a distance then wham, instant team fight win, no other hero has that kind of potential without assistance from someone else
regardless of how weak you think he is, and regardless of how weak he may be in other circumstances, genji is only ever used for his ult… and hence is a broken hero…
a little too weak in places… and brutally overpowered in one aspect… either way, the game would be healthier if he were balanced correctly or gone…
I mean jesus Christ… they took 1 hero… “omniblade” divided it into two “hanzo and genji”… and both heros are still arguably broken… there comes a point where you have to admit that you F*cked up

No. Just no. Maybe in bronze/plat genji can wipe the team only with blade, but at anything higher than that it just won’t happen. You have so many counters to him. Sleep dart, Sigma Boulder, Immortality field, Hook, and many more. There’s a reason he’s not played at all in higher ranks (GM/TOP 500) unless you’re trolling.

I’ve meant bronze/silver. At plat/diamond people start having some game sense and you’ll still get countered. Also, without help? No, it just won’t happen even at these ranks. You still need to combo with EMP/Nano or you just die
very very true i find he is pretty easily countered in gold too tho havnt ever seen a genji do much since ive played
provide me a clip of a genji killing a 6 man team without help.
if your trying to argue that genji is op then I don’t know what to say. your to far gone. The only value that he can get is throw nano blade.
