Overwatch 2 Account Lockout / Merge Issue

Hello Blizzard Support,

I confirmed my account connection and was told to perform a lockout from the game, but when I did so and reopened Overwatch 2, nothing changed.
My Battle.net account is already linked correctly, but the game doesn’t show any progress or confirmation for the lockout or merge process.

I have already tried:

  • Logging out and back in from the Battle.net launcher.

  • Restarting the game and PC.

  • Checking my account connections on the Blizzard website (they are correct).

Please help me complete the lockout or merge process properly.
