I try to join games however once at the map choosing stage, it tries to load into the map and kicks me back to the main menu. I do not disconnect from the internet and I do not choose to leave. Despite this in game bug, I get a ban from games! I physically can’t join any games and every time I try, it just gives me an even longer ban. I’m really not happy because at this stage, I am getting penalised for doing nothing wrong! This has been ongoing on and off for 2 days now!
Then, you try and report the issue to blizzard and they put hundreds of barriers in place to stop you actually speaking to anyone and getting help. Quite poor really. Anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this?
