Overwatch 2 In Game Shop/Store Not Showing Up

The in game shop/store for Overwatch 2 is not showing up in my game. When I launch the game and the main menu open’s up, the shop/store is there for a split second then disappears. On the main menu I have Play, Heroes, BattlePass, but no shop/ store.

I have tried logging out of my Battle.net, I have tried deleting Battle.net from my %appdata%, I have also deleted Battle.net and Blizzard Entertainment from my %localappdata%, and Overwatch from my Documents, and the shop/store still won’t show up in game.

I have also uninstalled every Blizzard game I have on my PC, uninstalled Battle.net launcher (Desktop App) deleted every Blizzard file on my PC I could find! I reinstalled Battle.net launcher (Desktop App), reinstalled Overwatch 2 and still the shop/store does not show up in game.

I have tried the fix and repair option in the Battle.net launcher (Desktop App) and that also doesn’t work.

Anyone else having the same problem, or have had the same problem and fixed the issue other then the methods I have already tried.

I don’t know what else to try. A blue reply would be fantastic, but any help would also be so much welcome.

I was having the same problem for 2 weeks. I managed to fix by completing the account merge option.

If you dont have an old console account to merge I’m not sure how else to help!

Bruncase you are awesome, so so helpful. I didn’t even remember I had a Overwatch console account. I did the merge option like you said and after the merge had complete, took maybe one or two hours, I closed and re-opening the game the shop was finally there. After all that trouble of uninstalling all my games and deleting files, and then reinstalling… man what a pain this has been!

Thank god there are super helpful people like you Bruncase, because Blizzard don’t know what help or technical support is! I couldn’t find any information about this problem on any blizzard troubleshooting.
