i’m trying to get the new juno skin, but i keep lagging, and i also keep getting bad teammates, so there is no why i’m gonna be able to get the skin, and i don’t know what to do.
so i appreciate any help i can get.
What do you need to do to get the skin? How many games/wins is it?
Bad teammates will always be a thing, just report them and remember reporting their text chat gives u a higher chance of getting them banned.
Got to Pro2 and 5 games in a row someone left, it is annoying and now I’m back at Pro5, report do ur bestest and keep positive.
Reporting someone for not playing quite as well as you’d expect them to seems a little harsh…
Maybe the issue is your expectations…
I just had a teammate who was performing poorly, When me and our Mercy asked him to lock in he started to insult us, go afk and left the game. The only answer: Electric chair!
I don’t think reporting these kind of people is harsh at all. If you deal 278 dmg in an entire round as dps you shouldn’t be playing ranked…

Sounds like you found out why he was playing poorly.
He was already tiled.
Your questioning just tipped him over the edge.
Stats need context. Don’t pay too much attention to them.
Uhm wrong, we only typed to him after the first round. And saying “lock in please” isn’t even an insult. What he said afterwards was a lot worse.
I agree with this but in this case he wasn’t doing anything else that was useful for the team. And when I’m talking about just above 200 damage with 0 kills and 0 assists, they should just get a perm ban after insulting our Mercy’s mom…

I never said you insulted him.
But he was already tilted. You made him snap. It is 100% his fault. If you play tilted, you’re a donkey. But, you tipped him over the edge.
Best thing to do with players like that. Just ignore them and say nothing to them. Hit avoid, and crush them next match, maybe add a few tbags in.
One of my favourite couple of games recently, player on my team was giving everyone abuse. After, he added me to tell me how bad I was (I simply thanked him for his feedback). Next game, Mr grumpy was on the enemy. I went 51-2 on Route 66 and spawn camped him while playing Ball. He’s still on my friends list, he’s never said a word since.
It was a friendly “lock in” no harm meant but you are correct on this since i recognise myself in it from ow1. Playing tilted made me a toxic mess…
Yeah. I get what you meant/were trying to do.
But, put yourself in the mind of a very tilted player with little emotional maturity. They are going to take that as a “play better” and get mad. Which is what happened.
They were the problem not you. You were just the straw the broke the camels back as it were.
