Whenever I try to start my game I get a black screen and right after that the game just closes.
I have seen many other posts and fixes on this issue, as far as I’m aware I’ve tried all of them and have seen no success. I don’t really know what to do at this point

The most common cause for this issue is an incompatibility between the game and some versions of Razer Chroma and other Razer software. If you have any Razer software installed, try to uninstall it completely (it’s not enough to close it). If it works, you can try to install Synapse 3, as it usually doesn’t cause this issue.
I have unfortunately already tried this. I uninstalled all razer software and restarted my pc. Then tried it. Then I downloaden synapse 3 and restarted my pc and it still didn’t work

The Windows Error Report is quite explicit, as you point out. The problem seems to be the module “RzChromaSDK64.dll”, which seems to be causing the game to crash.
I’ve seen a few cases where uninstalling Razer still left this module left for some reason. Go again over your installed programs, and uninstall anything Razer related (including Razer Cortex/Central, Synapse 3, and anything you can find). If the game keeps crashing, I would check with Razer, to see if they can help you to remove all the components related to it, and then maybe try with a clear reinstallation.

The problem is exactly the same though. If you check the Windows Error Report, it crashes when loading RzChromaSDK64.dll, so cause is that incompatibility I mentioned in my first post. In your case I can see the Razer Chroma SDK services still present in your computer. As I recommended to CriticalSuck, double-check to see if there’s any Razer related sofware installed in your system, and if not, check with Razer to see if they can lend you a hand.

I have the same issue, I uninstalled razer synapse and RZChromaSDK64.dll and i still cant get into the game.

Looking at your diagnostics files the cause seems to be the same for yourself as with the previous posters, namely RzChromaSDK64.dll.
If you don’t have it already, you can try installing the latest version of Synapse and launch it to grab the most recent updates since the problem should only be happening on older versions.
If it’s still happening, fully uninstalling it should hopefully sort it out.
I had this issue too and just resolved it by deleting the RzChromaSDK64.dll file and all of Razers files in AppData as well. I uninstalled all Razer software, I’m gonna try redownloading the latest Synapse to see if OW still works. I could cry right now.
Alright so I’m having the same problem but I don’t have anything that has to do with Razer. I do have a mouse but it’s not Razer. Are there any other causes to the black screen crash?

I’ve uninstalled my razer synapse and i’m still getting kicked. It let me get to the game screen then kicked me.
