I think they should change the logo/picture for the coins in the battle pass because many people thought that they will be able to buy the battle pass with those coins…but nobody said something about the coins being just credits…overwatch credits. I understand that you have to make money somehow but please stop spreading misleading information to us. Thank you and have a good day!

I do agree that the image looks too much like a coin, with the symbols being so similar. But the reward says “100 credits” in the description on the right edge of the screen
your not wrong tho personally i think its a disgrace u buy the previous pass with real currency u should be then able to earn the coins again to buy the next one like most games Cod,Fortnite,Rocket League all have passes that can eventually leave u with coins to buy the pass i will also add the patch notes are misleading as well it clearly states that we can now earn Overwatch coins through the pass Overwatch coins it says
Yep its disgusting, this tricked me into buying the battlepas because i thought i get most of the spent coins back. It literally says nowhere that its not the shop currency. Its the same icon, and it just says currency. So ofcourse everyone will think its the shop currency. ididnt even know the currency we got existed
If i knew this was not the right currency i would have not bought the battle pass at all.
Why are overwatch 2 dev team so scummy? First the terrible monetisation and now even tricking people with the battlepass rewards by purposely being vague and misleading

Absolutely disgusting sneak. The tiers show ‘gold’ coins.
The Old legacy coins are supposed to be WHITE and only good for old stuff I already have. I also would not have paid 12 buck for a grind bypass & old creds if they had been truthful.
Not a right deal. At best legacy creds instead of the coins displayed is accidental fraud.

This is from the news that they released right before the 3rd season started.
"You can look forward to 10 additional tiers of rewards on the free track, as well as 1500 Credits to earn and spend as you please in the Hero Gallery. We’ve added 500 Credits to the Premium track as well.
Nearly all Epic and Legendary event hero skins from the original Overwatch—300 total—have been added to the Hero Gallery and will always be available for purchase with either Overwatch Coins or Credits"
The image in the bp is misleadingly similar to the coin symbol, but still different. (The pass also says 100 credits when you look at the reward itself.)
With all this feedback they should issue some form of apology and definitely change the picture in the pass.
