Overwatch compatibility issue; amd, blizz support ignored me

i contacted blizzard support; they were useles and couldn’t help; they refuse to give out a patch to fix the compatibility issue and they gave me lies and stupid answers for weeks then they just gave up on me, gave a refund and marked it as resolved; told me to go to amd for help

but i bought overwatch for a reason and i wanna play it with my rig

i contacted AMD support by email and talked a lot

they said that there is no issue with driver , hardware or software because all games are working fine .

"As you are experiencing issue with only one specific game that is Over watch. Performed the clean installation of latest drivers as well as old drivers no other games have any issue.

I suggest you get in touch developer for any further updates or patches available of the game &check compatibility issue also."

AMD said it to me in the end

so here i am trying to contact the developer which is Blizzard to give out a future update or patch to fix the compatibility issue between my rig and overwatch

made a lot of tickets weeks ago since then most of them got merged or removed; talked a lot with blizz supp and amd support too by email

I got the exact same issue after this years winterwonder land event, everytime the game crashes when joining or leaving a match and blizz blames my GPU while i have the same issue with a different GPU, i went through all the steps and tried it all and did some testing of my own and when confronted with this they say wait till next patch and closed my ticket as resolved while i never got any feedback of how to raise a formal complaint so i can go to the Ombudsman with the matter.
