It’s forbidden to bump very old posts like the one you posted on which was more than 1 year old. I locked that post now, please even if you have the same issue in these cases create your own post where you can refer the old one.
With this said I looked into the problem and you have some programs to remove including Razer software that as explained in the old post was one of the main causes of the issue. This is the list of programs you have to remove completely:
- GamingApp_Service, MSI Gaming App may cause Performance Issues
- LogMeIn Hamachi Tunneling Engine and LMIGuardianSvc, Hamachi VPN/Proxy - we do not support VPNs and they may cause disconnections/crashes as well
- Logitech Gaming Registry Service - may cause crashes if out-of-date (check for updates by opening software and clicking on (?) icon in the bottom-right corner)
- Norton Security Windows 10 has a very good antivirus built-in you don’t need external ones and this one may often block the games
- Overwolf, Overlay program may cause in-game issues including crashes
- Razer Chroma SDK Server, Razer Razer Software Development Kit may cause blackscreens and crashes
- Razer Chroma SDK Service, Razer Razer Software Development Kit which may also cause blackscreens and crashes
This is also assuming you have already done all the steps in this guide. If not please try them.
