Hello I need help. Every time I attempt to download Overwatch the download gets stuck at 0B/s. I have looked up many solutions and none have worked. Can anyone please help. It is irritating I have been working on this for a week. Please help me, thank you.

please end all Battle.net processes using the Task Manager. Then, try clearing your cache as well as the tools folder. Restart Battle.net afterwards and the download should continue as usual!
