Hello, I have this issue where I uninstalled Overwatch couple months ago and when i decided to redownload the game its taking me forever. The download speed is around 500 - 200 kb/s. My internet speed is around 500gb/s. Hope this issue is fixed!

Regarding your download speed, the only option that can affect it is in the Blizzard app if you click on the Blizzard Logo → Settings → Game Install/Update → Scroll at the bottom on the right side and there you have Network Bandwidth → ensure that both the options under that category have 0 as KB/s which means unlimited.
