Before the Halloween Terror 2021 update my Overwatch still worked and everything was fine but when the update came my overwatch started crashing first for memory reasons then for other reasons. Now I keep getting a blackscreen when it crashes for 1-3 seconds. I have tried everything besides reseting my computer.

Hey! I’m in a similar situation.
I got myself a brand new setup early September, specs are really powerful, clean disc, bios, fresh windows install, nothing has been reused or is second hand. I played for a week then left overwatch, I tried login-in for the Halloween event and when I press “PLAY” on the launcher I have a black screen for 1~3 sec and then back to the launcher.
I tried all the troubleshoot I found on the support, I even made a ticket and went through all the suggestions but still not fixed, yesterday I reinstalled the game and my drivers and still nothing… Am I supposed to go clean the registry manually and erase the entirety of any traces of overwatch? The rig is brand new and I have very few games and work softwares installed… I’m just sad at this point.
