Overwatch Keeps Crashing!

Rolled back drivers
Uninstalled discord
Disabled overlays / DVRs
Performed a selective start-up
Changed OS
Performed memory test (took over 4 hours)
Lowered performance (resolution, FPS)
Closed background apps
Changed SecondaryLogon to Automatic
Used Blizzard repair tool
Reinstalled game
GPU Tweak is NOT installed
Set operations to administrive privileges
Completely wiped pc many times
Updated BIOS
Wiped and Only installed Overwatch

My PC is not Overclocked
Overwatch is saved to an SSD (was crashing on a HDD)

PC Specs
Motherboard: MSI 970 Gaming (MS-7693)
Motherboard BIOS: M.40
Graphics Card: AMD Radeon R9 390 Series
Processor: AMD FX-8350 (8 Cores)
RAM: HyperX FURY (4 x 8GB)
SSD: Samsung 850 EVO 250GB

I am running out if things to try. Any support would be greatly appreciated.

I can see you already tried a lot of things, so let’s take a look at your system files. Please, create your DxDiag and MSInfo files:

I have now reinstalled all other applications and programs. These are my latest MSInfo and DxDiag’s. I cannot include links within this post. However, These are the extensions from pastebin:

I can’t see anything obviously wrong in your MSInfo. Do you receive any specific error message or code when the game crashes? If so, could you paste some here so we can look deeper into it?
