Dear team,
We’re having trouble updating Overwatch on PS4 so I’m posting this on behaf of my son.
Firstly we were obliged to download an approx 28gb Overwatch update marked Version 3.02.
The update completed but when we opened Overwatch it kicked us out all the way back to the PS4 login screen.
We logged back into the PS4 only to be told that we needed what appeared to be the same 28gb update again. Our internet is slow so this takes half a day at least, everytime.
After about 30 mins of download, the PS4 indicated we should delete and reinstall Overwatch from the disk (which we own).
Following reinstall, we were obliged to download a 6gb update to Overwatch. Once that was finished we were again oblilged to download the 28gb update again!
To say we’re puling our hair out is a bit of an understatement.
