I don’t think he realises it bounces about all the time, because no one uses it, and if you stack with friends, no can endorse me.

Roadhog is neither op or bugged as he have plenty of flaws and is one of the tanks you least want when defending as he is a big target that goes down fast when outnumbered and have no real abillity for crowd control outside his ultimate wich usually leaves the team with just one tank defending the point/payload and a roadhog pretending he is a dps instead of contesting. He have a good balance that can be worked around but he sure isnt op since if you dont have a team that knows how to work around roadhogs flaws as a tank your team is screwed

Agreed, I find Hog very strong though, he’s good in the right hands. But he does get countered quite easily.
