I opened a ticket regarding a connection problem. Suddenly I am disconnected from the game and this happens exclusively in Overwatch and has been happening again.
I followed the steps in the ticket, but the problems still persist and apparently, this has been affecting a large number of players since the beginning of the current season.
In the Stadium matches themselves, it is common for at least 2 players to be dropped.
This has also been affecting the rankings, which is quite dangerous for our accounts and unfortunately it is not our fault or that of our providers, since in my case my internet was working fine in all speed tests, ping and in the data from the provider itself.
I have no problems with malware and I do not use VPNs or similar.
What is even stranger, in one of the outages my account was giving 45 minutes giving connection errors. During this time I tried to create another account to try to log in and it logged in without any problems, while my main account was prevented from connecting until the Stadium match I was in ended.
No internet or connection problem would cause something like this.
