So they’re bringing back the skin vault, yeah? I understand that includes all the OWL skins like Atlantic mercy and so forth, but is it just those skins or is it skins such as Kerrigan Widowmaker, Mardi Gras Ashe, Demon Hunter Sombra etc.
I don’t see why they wouldn’t bring them back, because it isn’t like they’re going bring back Pink Mercy or Tyrande Symmetra which i understand why they wouldn’t return because it was stated on many occasions they wouldn’t return.

No. Only overwatch league vault. So only leagues skins 
normal ones not others nor event skins because… events are events not skins for sales
Only league skins are in the vault. The rest will most likely be available in the shop only in the future.
