Overwatch support not helping after the merge deleted all of my progress

I’ve been playing on and off since Overwatch 1, and I recently tried to merge my PlayStation and PC accounts after a two year long break since the option got blasted on my screen as soon as I booted the game up, but from the very start I had A LOT of problems. When I began the merge process I became stuck in a “merge pending” state, unable to access any of my Overwatch content. After several attempts and advice from Blizzard Game Masters, I even tried logging into a friend’s PlayStation, only to see the same “merge pending” screen with no way to progress or retrieve my skins, cosmetics, rankedpoints, etc…

Current Situation:
After a tone of back-and-forths with Blizzard Support, I’ve been told that basically there is nothing a I can do, my pc account was basically wiped and that it not their fault… I was told to contact PSN support by one of the game masters, but PSN support said that theres nothing they can do about it and told me to contact Blizzard Support. Additionally at this point im getting automated responses on my support tickets with unhelpful advice in a somewhat insulting manner.

In a support ticket response by Game Master Gahnolam they said “I will thoroughly investigate your case.” and “After a thorough investigation” but the response came in literally 2 minutes after i submitted my support ticket…

Im honestly extremely upset, over the years I have put A LOT of time, effort, and money into both overwatch one and two and to have all my progress, skins, and effort literally wiped/deleted then told that theres nothing they can do about it is wild…

Seeing what they did with OW2 (OW1 was great tho) I never trusted Blizzard to get anything right so I didnt touch any merge stuff w a 3 feet pole.
These guys just cant do things right. theyre like bad amateurs.
