My pastebin for msinfo and DxDiag. Keep in mind this snapshot isn’t representative of the full enviroment that I have tested, considering I have tried virtual machines and a whole other system (my partners), as well as re-installed various trouble software such as discord since giving up a few hours ago.

My partner and I both cannot load the game.
-
The game tries to load, battle net says game loaded, a black screen appears, then quits.
-
After validating files, the game tries to load, no black screen appears for 5 minutes or so, during this time battle net says the game is running. then a black screen appears and quits.
Restarting battle.net or my PC will restart from step 1.
Things we have both tried:
Old drivers.
Re-installing drivers
Re-installing DirectX
Re-installing battle net, Overwatch, Chipset drivers.
Booting in to a ‘fresh’ environment (no startup or running services except windows services).
I have no overclocking
Un-installing all the suspects (razer software, all USB peripheral drivers, Discord (overlay on and off and fully un-installed), and every other one you could possibly think of.
Loading PTR also has the same issue.
Issues started about 30-40 hours ago and have persisted since.
I’ve tried various powershell commands for validating files and the like as per various other threads on reddit and these forums.
I’ve tried so many other little things that it’s not worth typing them all out. Like deleting cache files, loading in to a damnable virtual machine even, to attempt a “re-install windows” environment. I can gaurantee if you can think of it, i’ve tried it.
My graphics card is 1080ti, My partners is 1060. I have an Intel CPU, she has AMD. Neither of us overclocked in any way.
I’m seeing a surge in people having this issue currently on Reddit. And like I said both my partner and myself having the issue on two separate PC enviroments at the EXACT same time is damning.
