hi, so im returning to OW after not playing for like a year or so? i wanted to play and downloaded overwatch again, after waiting awhile for it to download i clicked play, heres what happens. i click play and it says launching and game running for a few seconds but does not launch anything what so ever (yes i waited for 5-10 minutes to see if the game only takes a while my pc is in fact slow) ive been trying to fix this for about 2 days now? anyway i need help. i saw that you might need to uninstell razer but i do not know wth that is and i dont think i have that, i updated anything and tried anything on youtube and here. i also uninstelled and downloaded the game 3 times, restarted my pc which didnt work either.

I tried the MSInfo file thing and it didn’t change anything 
@Skyro You have a problem with Razer Chroma Sdk. Uninstall all Razer software.
i swear i deleted everything im gonna have a other look
From the report, you still have Razer Synapse installed. Follow the steps listed here, to try and sort that out.

It could be that outdated files were still somewhere in your system - these crashes seem to happen mostly with older Razer Synapse versions. If you’re thinking about reinstalling it, make sure you grab the most recent version available for your test.
