Whenever I try to start my game I get a black screen and right after that the game just closes.

I don’t know, I tried uninstalling the game, didn’t work, then I tried uninstalling the battle.net app, and now I’m stuck at Updating Blizzard Agent for hours, I’ve tried anything they said online, nothing worked. I just wanna play ow

Got the same problem as well here, something is wrong with blizzard cause i think everyone in Europe(so far as i know) have the same issue

Hi, and I have same problem ow updating is stuck but not only OW: tried to uninstall Hearthstone and it was refusing so I uninstalled from the pc settings and then tried to install back, stuck too…

Had the same problem. Got it fixed by uninstalling any Razer Synapse software on my machine.
