So in your opion whats better SR system or new Tier system?
If i understood right, at this point Win/Lose doesnt even matter, cause the most important thing is ur impact. Am i right ?

matchmaking is the worst i ever seen in overwatch 2, it’s like they throw anyone/any rank in your games lobby.
Then your supposed to stay positive and work well with your team (even though your all at different skill levels) to get invisible brownie points that you cannot see, in hopes you rank up.

I read somewhere that some people grow in rank even if they have more defeats than victories. That is, it means that a person, regardless of the outcome of the match, gave out more impact than his rank requires. Isn 't that fair ?
Because sometimes in your team there may be derankers or people who have not played for a long time and immediately entered the ranked. And this is easy win for the opponent.
Prefer OW2 from a individual POV.
You get reviewed at an independent level, not a team level.
OW is difficult to play as a team as a solo guy, where all/a few are not in mic chat.
As a team level, I’m guessing the old version would be better.

Imagine that a group of 5 players started with Bronze 5 at the same time and played only with their group of 5 people, always without exceptions.
In this case, regardless of the Victories/After defeats, someone will be statistically ahead of the group, and someone will lag behind. Thus, it is easy to understand who is the weak part in this group and who needs to pay more attention to working on mistakes and improving their gameplay.
Provided that this group of people played only in the OW1 version of the group, the weak players would often be at about the same rank as the strongest. However, if such a person goes into a solo game, he will inevitably fall in rank, since his level does not correspond to the rank.
In my opinion, even from the point of view of a team player, it looks fair, the way the OW2 system works. What do you think?
