OW2 is not using my RTX2070 but the integrated graphic card from my CPU (9750H)
In game, in the option, i can see its RTX2070 but in the task manager my GPU is not being used, only the integrated graphic card…
already tried to forced it in the nvidia panel “use only rtx2070” but does not work…
please help, thank you.
Same problem here, my workaround was disabling the iGPU from Device Manager and that forces the game to use the only GPU in the computer. Doing this makes you unable to use the Sleep function and can mess a bit with your screen. Check if you can disable the iGPU from the BIOS (not all computers have the option) because thats better than Device Manager.

I have the same issue. Rtx 3070 laptop, i7-12700h. In-game is displaying RTX3070, I even forced it via Nvidia Control Panel, but it’s stuck running on the iGPU.

I solved this problem for my laptop. I have NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060 on my Lenovo Legion 5 but OW2 used GPU 0 (intel). I deleted NVIDIA card and drivers from device manager, then I installed them again via NVIDIA Expirience. I chiose “selected installation” and marked checkbox “Clean Installation”.
I had similar problem in others games, Borderlands 3 for example. But it`s ok now.
