OWL Tokens Not Working in UK (any browser)

I’ve tried logging into the Overwatch League website with my account in order to get OWL tokens using three different browsers, and ensuring that no adblockers are interfering with the tracking cookies. So far after watching 10s of hours of live matches, my account (in good standing and with an OW licencse) has not been credited with any tokens. I’m watching from an eligible country (UK) without any VPN or firewall masking my IP address.

Is there anything I can do to fix the problem?

Me and 2 friends have watched so many hours (at least 40) and we have zero tokens recieved… Also used different browsers, drops were enabled etc… But no tokens in the game :confused:

Me too, watched every match (Watched, not AFK) with disabled adblock and no VPN, but no tokens since May Melee

Hello! Sorry to hear you haven’t managed to get tokens.

Tokens may take up to 48 hours for delivery. Tokens can only be earned by watching on the Overwatch League site or through the Overwatch League app. Make sure you’re logged into the correct Blizzard account when viewing.

Tokens ‘redeemed’ into an Overwatch game on one platform (e.g., PC, Xbox® One or Playstation® 4) will no longer be available to be ‘redeemed’ on an Overwatch game account on another platform after 30 days.

For troubleshooting, follow the steps below to resolve the problem:

  1. Disable any ad-blockers or pop-up blockers your browser may be using on the site
  2. Google Chrome has a power saving feature which will pause a broadcast if you mute the tab and navigate to a different tab—this will prevent you from earning tokens.
  3. Clear the cache and cookies in your browser or try a different browser.

Using another browser is the simplest option, but keep in mind you’ll need to log in again. Also, don’t mute the video.
