Hi everyone,
I usually play Overwatch on european server, i am in middle east and i usually have a ping between 75 and 95 ms.
But suddenly, since yesterday, i started to have packet loss during games.
I checked the state of my internet connection first, but it’s working perfectly, then i followed every tutorial from the blizzard support without success.
Today i tried to connect on American and Asian servers, the connection is stable and works perfectly, 0% packet loss.
I switched back on european server, and i got packet loss again.
Moreover, sometimes my game doesn’t even let me enter Overwatch when i’m on european server (it is stuck on “loading game”). I don’t get this problem on Asian and American servers.
I tried to reinstall Overwatch, without success.
Some help and information would be appreciated a lot,

Thanks for getting back with this. Your WinMTR shows an issue with the provider in the internet backbone (as57976).
We will monitor this to find if there are any other issues, but if you are comfortable to do so, use a different DNS (for example Google DNS) to see if that makes a difference.
i used to have the same problem and it turned out that my ISP deliberately throttled overwatch for some dumb reason, like my internet would be running perfectly at 30 mbps but packet loss was so bad in overwatch and i’d have connection issues here and there. Using ExpressVPN and connecting to the France - Paris servers removed the packet loss completely. Also from the middle east here.
@koga judging by your MTR log i can tell youre using the “Partner” ISP same as me i also started experiencing exactly the same thing as you having suddenly high latency and even unable to login to the game being stuck on "entering game " the thing is i noticed is it works fine until 12 PM and from there the issue starts i tried the solution which @beedoz suggested it seems to work ok with VPN to france or Germany meaning i have about 100 latency but it actually works better than having 85 latency with my ISP but having crazy spikes during game .
i have also spoken to Partner on the phone today without any luck .
