Continuing the discussion from Overwatch Patch Notes – January 24, 2019:
This doesn’t make any sense to me.
I know her cd was increased from 1 sec to 2 sec.
But whats with these helix rockets?
Does it stop them from lockin on while soldier has visor and behind d.va is a target which would otherwise be locked on to by the rockets?
I’m really confused 
Wouldn’t the helix rockets be eaten by the defense matrix anyway? so like it wouldn’t matter if they locked on or not
I think it should just say:
Cooldown increased from 1 to 2 seconds.
And nothing about helix rockets.
It’s about the patch notes beeing wrong.
Not about the meaning of the wrong sentence which should be replaced completely anyway.
But yeah i guess it wouldn’t matter at all.
