This is/was for me the best way to respond ( as an none native english ) , on every line in the content, isn’t that the reason this guy did post this, and he shouldn’t post it if he can’t handle response.
What you do is just flaming instead of responding.
First of all the “punish” you get is only regarding XP gain so that means nothing to you.
Second you only get punished for a few matches and you only actually get the punish when you do it OFTEN. If that only happens like once in a while, you dont get the penalty (verified)
So yeah, well deserved. You dont do it on random occassions, if you are getting the XP penalty is because you are a frequent leaver so look at yourself and please … for the love of god, stop lying and coming to the forums like we dont know how the system works. You are not fooling anyone.
I agree he must have left a ton got a warning and then a xp penalty.
But op does have a point on this game has to many punishments in them.
I can confirm that as an level 5 ( since the end of the first week 
), you cant leave games anymore, that is also why I stood still this night by having a second account, but in the other end it would be sad to play the game like this, so I quit the game after thinking this.
And because “just qp” games were bad …
