I received a full season ban as a first time offense when my internet cut off. I had trouble with my internet which I have since fixed but being banned for a full season as first time transgression seems excessive and not on par with the games current leaver policies. Am I missing something? Just want to play Stadium again

You get 15 minutes.
It’s time to leave this game. I was banned for the season just because I quit during the draft phase because of a bad support position. You have to remember that I have played more than 600 games in just half a season. Even if I didn’t mean to quit, I probably left by accident 10 times. And Blizzard doesn’t care what happened? They don’t care that you are a loyal player, and they just ban the competitive mode so coldly. hahaha

Ive been playing for a while. During the last months I moved to a new address with, an admittedly, more unstable internet connection. I have since acquired an extender but during this time I experienced some disconnections during Stadium matches that I was able to rejoin before the 2 min mark ofc. I was always able to finish the match. I was always able to rejoin a match. However, one time I got disconnected from a match my team was winning (assured) in the last minute of the last round. It sucked. I wanted to rejoin but the client wouldn’t let me and the received that full season ban. That, to me, does not warrant a full season ban, as you promptly said.
I also have a season ban… thing is every time I got D/C and it is crazy that i cant play comp now for a whole season… I really think they need to change leave wait time to 30sec that ensures that if someone had an a connection issue they have a better chance at coming back in the game. I think this last game i was like 1 second off before getting connected back and it was too late…
