Performance Issue (Added Msinfo and Dxdiag)

Had a couple of posts earlier, but dont seem to get anywhere.

Msinfo : pastebin com slash bSytWMSA
DxDiag : pastebin com slash efPt5tRQ

Current setup is i5-7600K, 16GB DDR4 2400mhz ram, SSD Disk, GTX 1080 TI, just upgraded from GTX 970, and while the fps might be a tad more stable now it still drops down to 100-ish. At the start of a QP I can have 200-220, the next round it starts out at 180 ish, and the drops get worse. All settings are set to off or the lowest possible, from what Ive read I should be getting pretty stable FPS somewhere between 200-300. With 144hz monitor the drops from 150 to 100 is very visible and annoying.

Ive tried different gfx drivers, cpu priority is high, turned off all possible inteference in windows, nvidia settings to performance, and this is on a brand new windows install now, only thing I installed is overwatch.

I also tried to OC the CPU from 3.8 to 4.2 and 4.4 without any noticable improvement.

Any help greatly appriciated.

Oh, sorry, 1080p , 100% renderscale.

Im testing with a slight OC from the Bios EZ tool atm and im maxing out high temp at approx 70 and lower end around 50, so perhaps a tad hot, but should be finebelow 80 right?

Ill try to uninstall the razer synapse and see if it changes anything. Thanks for the quick replies btw!

Regarding the article I think ive done all those things a couple of times the last days but ill have a closer look at the drivers to see if theres anything I can update perhaps.

Thanks again.

Try to return to settings without OC. Temporarily uninstall Razer Synapse and remove/disable Onedrive.

Loaded defaults in bios again and got windows boot error so had to reset windows, but gonna try and reinstall drivers, skip synapse and let bios stay at default settings. Windows had all updates installed btw. I dont remember exactly what MB it is, im at work, but I think its Asus Z277 or something similar?

I usually quite onedrive after startup, ill see if I can disable it completly.

Regarding dots, I havnet seen / thought of this, what do they represent? and do I have to turn on something or are they there as a part of the fps counter?

Thanks again! really appriciate it.

@Sarcasm since the compilation of your Windows is very old, you can download the latest version (1809) or at least 1803 from Microsoft’s website and perform a clean installation.

Then install only the drivers and check the game.
