Why i have bicicle kick (pharah´s summer games spray) in D.va Spray menu REPAIR !
If you are talking about the Bicycle Kick spray then it is not a Pharah exclusive, as it can be equipped by any hero if you have unlocked it. Just like the Safe Hands spray featuring Zenyatta, it’s available for anyone once unlocked.
