Hi, with this beta the phone number verification will be applied right? I have already purchased the Watchpoint pack so I have a guaranteed access to the beta but I have a pre-paid mobile phone number and that’s the one I had all my life. I just realised that you cannot connect a pre-paid phone number to your Battlenet account. Does this mean that I have to buy another phone number and possibly another cheap phone and connect it just in order to play the game every single time?
Check asian countries like india. They have dirt cheap sim cards in bulk
just get a relative to help you with it .in my case I will be using my mom phone

as far as I can tell, as long as you can receive texts, you’re good. they should probably make some clarifications though.

I am sure they will. Or at least have the system active for either this beta or the next one so people can figure it out.

Then hopefully it will be explained. But I don’t think there is much to it, just make sure you have a phone number under your information.
Getting additional numbers is quick, easy and usually free. And most current gen phones allow multiple SIM cards, making even less hassle.
