The game has declined on Steam db as of this post to 20,354 playing the game, at this rate you will hit Paladins numbers.

It’s nice to have a platform that can’t be manipulated or lied about.
It’s now rank 34, sitting just above Euro Truck Simulator, and below DayZ

paladins is a enjoyable game tho. And atleast the company behind that one doesnt downgrade the game for no reason at all.
And seeing its less heavy for the pc/console and you actually can earn free skins easier there i can see why people go for that one. Before ow2 came out i played it for a while and its not as bad as people seem to think it is

A decline of players is totally normal and to be expected when a game releases or being released on a new big platform in this case. I read those messages since one month after release of ow1 and I can tell you, queue times are probably the best they ever were and the game is fun.
