I am sorry if I post this in the wrong section or anything.
Long story short: My friend just convinced me to buy the game after literally years of asking. And to his amusement i got placed in bronze, this was funny because I am generally pretty decent at video games. But I guess the complex of Overwatch, hero understanding, maps, abilities bla bla bla was hard for me so my first matches went really really bad —> Ended up in bronze.
So to my problem: As I was ranking up from bronze, I GOT BANNED MID GAME for “hacking”. I swear on my mothers life I have NEVER hacked in any video game of my career, and if you don’t believe this please don’t reply, I need advice that are based on that this ban was wrong, not people arguing on weather or not I did it or not.
My conclussion is that the bronze players mistake my gameplay for hacks, and not for that I have simply been put in the wrong rank.
How did this happen? It’s impossible that a program detected something because, as I said, I didn’t run any type of suspicious program in the background. Can Blizzard really terminate an account just because enough people report “hack”? It feels to me that to actually CLOSE an account, you have to have PROOF.

You could probably put an appeal or anything with proof that you didn’t… but other than that you’re on your own

I dont have money for another account. How can I MYSELF provide proof that I didnt hack? Im not very technical, sorry.
And also ur saying that if i actually didn’t IT WILL be solved? I read something about that they might ignore appeals on account terminations.

You don’t get banned for hacking just because someone reports you, lmfao.
The vast majority of people getting banned for hacking are caught by their anti-cheat system.
I mean looking at your stats some look fishy like the widow 49 critical hits in one comp game and funny how in quick play you have only 19 critical hits with widow in one game hmm QP people take the game less serious and you more than double the critical hits somehow a competitive match
I specifically said in the post “dont argue with me on this” as its pointless. I have not hacked and never will, its wrong and I am also simply too stupid to know how to apply any form of cheats to an account.
Can you tell me how I was banned if you base the answer on what I said is true? Also Hughs, not a fair comparisson as QP is a joke and I take any type of competitive game serious.
And its BRONZE, place any type of mediocre player there and you will get the same results. Not like its stats from a grandmaster rank…
Blizzard does not work on democracy or laws/justice. You will not be unbanned whatever the circumstances (even if you are not cheating, which we don’t know if you are not) maybe if you get lots of social media attention they might think they will lose new players and unban. “That is the only option.”
Developed countries developed the innocent until proven guilty system, as you can see blizzard system does not work on that, it works on fascism. You will be banned/penalized etc. without them showing proof.
Why do they do that? So you buy new account and give them money. Even if you are banned they don’t lose anything, they already took your money. So rip your money and drink some water over this.
I saw something interesting: Player Arikadou was banned mid game for hacks, when all he did was playing too hard. This is the same? And according to him they lifted the termination, but I can glhf with getting intouch with a big youtuber:P

Yes that is the only option. From what I have seen, only social media attention forces them to lift bans.
They don’t want to lose potential customers because of their disgustingly faulty system. They want their money, they can ban them after they get their money hahah 
But overall it is good for the company. They ban people without showing any proof, they already took their money. Some of those players will buy another account, they will give more money. They ban those again lol, so some of them buy another account hahah

I can’t possibly see how a big game developer like Blizzard would have this attitude towards their customers, if they banned people left and right they would lose costumers tho? And as this and Arikadous case is the only ones I’ve heard about, something must have gone wrong 
They fixed it in his case, they should be able to do the same investigation in mine

You don’t get a suspension or the ban hammer from player reports even if all eleven other players in a match reports you. It requires a large number of reports over multiple matches, and once you are actioned that doesn’t happen mid-match but after.
The only way you would get kicked out of a match is that Warden flags you, which it can do depending on running software, modifications to the Overwatch process, signatures in memory, and a few other tests. There are also server-side checks for things such as teleporting etc.
Are you sure you didn’t run any prohibited software? Not using something like a Bloody gaming mouse or so? Not exploiting any game mechanics, like the ESP-bug etc?
If you’re telling the truth, you’re running something prohibited without knowing about it.
Edit: Your profile does have a lot of inconsistencies which are very hard to explain without you, knowingly or unknowingly, using some type of assistance.
They will actually tell you what they detected if you’re busted by Warden.

I think you lie. Proof: you think Overwatch is a complicated game.
Just go in your ingame profile, choose tap “Replays”, fraps and show us your gameplay from 1st person view, and also provide a screenshot of “Replays” tab to prove those gameplay were recorded before this thread came into existance. Community will judge you xD
