I noticed i was missing my Poison Dart Lucio skin (blue frog) and i looked at my hero gallery and the skin isnt there at all, locked or unlocked

some players are currently missing cosmetic items in their collection. This is being investigated.
Please keep an eye on this thread which is updated constantly.
I believe they meant that the cosmetic is not in the game at all.
I noticed that on remix hanzo.
The skin does not exist in the gallery.
Yeah as the other person said, its not just that I dont have it anymore, it isnt in the gallery at all, as if it was never added to the game
