I kinda don’t get the portrait wings thing.
I recently got ‘promoted’ and I lost my really cool wings! I always thought the point of promotion was you were rewarded with wings, not having them taken away
Or is that just me? 
Maybe they’ll introduce custom level icons at some point shrug
You gain a more stylish portrait after 11,21,31,41,51,61,71,81,and the best one with 91
Until you reach 101,then you lose everything and gain 1 star.
This repeats until you have 5 stars and lvl 100
Then with lvl 601 you lose all stars and your portrait becomes silver.
Repeat until 1201 and you lose again all stars and wings and the potrait becomes golden.
Until lvl 1801 where it becomes platinum.
Until lvl 2401 when it becomes the new diamond style which in theory should be replaced at lvl 3001 with a master styled potrait. If they go by the comp colors.
So 3601 gm and 4201 top500… But what happens if you get to lvl 4801? Or do only the top 500 lvls get the top500 color potrait? Idk
Until now I’ve only seen diamond portraits.

Oh! I get it now! I just turned level 1 again but I’ve got 5 stars and no wings!
I think I’d still rather have the wings 
Even worse when you lose all wings and all stars…
I’m currently working on my 4. Star on the silver border 
So you’ll get the silver border once you filled your bronze border one last time with wings.
