I’m reaching out because my Overwatch 2 account was permanently banned for alleged cheating. I’ve already submitted two appeals through the official support system, both of which were reviewed and marked as resolved. However, I’m completely confident that I’ve never used cheats or any third-party software.
I fully understand that ban appeals are usually final, but I wanted to ask if there’s any way to verify whether this could have been a false positive detection. I’m not asking to bypass policy — I simply want to ensure the data behind the ban was accurate.
If there’s a department or process that can review technical logs or telemetry data again, I’d really appreciate any guidance on how to proceed.
