Private Profile Dilemma

I am not ranting on this as I like the career profile hiding in general. I see myself as a flex support where I play all supports heroes whichever I feel they are the best in the situation. I do play Mercy alot more because she is the most flexible solo healer in my opinion (a role I have to fill too many times in my rank). Hiding my profile allows me to be more flexible in heroes choices and not just stick with Mercy because I do find occassions where a Moira or Ana would be better and I can also go second support if needed to and they are more fun.

My one drawback, and I hope the community can help mefind a solution out of checking profiles, is that my support choice at the beginning is predominantly based on enemies and allies profiles.

For allies example, playing in Silver-Bronze rank, I am not going to expect our Widow to be god. But it is worth checking the profile on their Widow stats before I decide to pocket them as Mercy. If their aim is subpar and we don’t have another main healer, I rather be a team healer but if the Widow is indeed good, I can consider risk pocket boosting

To me, the most importantly is checking enemies’ profile. As a support, I have to assume I will be targeted first. Knowing who will be coming after me at the get go have save me in occasion. I don’t have the best aim so even though Ana and Zen in my opinion is the stronger healing option with range, I can only consider them if there are no Genji or Tracer main. if there is a Pharah main, Moira or Zen would be my choice to counter her. This is just some examples.

Are there any ideas how I can still capitalize on this?
Keep in mind, team comp is also something I look at since I am comfortable playing all supports (though I may be suckier in one then another but should be good enough overall for my rank) but the added information can strengthen my choice.
