Hi guys, I have a problem - I can’t connect to any voice chat (party or team), I see that there are e.g. 2/2 people in voice chat, but noone can hear me and vice versa. My micro is turned off for some reason and I can’t unmute myself - it’s mutes after I’m trying to unmute it.
Sometimes (maybe 1-2 times in a half-month) I can speak in voice chat for one match, but after that problem is the same. Moreover, sometimes I can speak only for few minutes or few seconds.
I tried everything, but nothing happens. How to fix it?
P.S. Sorry for mistakes if they are, my English is not so good at all, but I tried to make my text understandable.
As I said, it doesn’t work for me. I tried to reinstall Overwatch, but it helped me only for something like week.
I have this problem since november, so I tried everything.

Could you please post your Overwatch.log for me (as Preformatted text).
- Open your Documents folder. This folder is typically accessed in the Start menu.
- Open the Overwatch folder.
- Open the Logs folder.
- Find overwatch.log , this is your voice chat log.
Note : Voice chat logs are reset every time you start Overwatch, so it’s important you attach this file to your ticket before starting the game again.
