I think it would be a great change if there would be a Profile preview in group screen (when you press P) while you hover a player. After you join a team from LFG tool, if you want to view your teammates MMR you have to “click too many buttons”.
As for data in this preview, I this is enough to show current MMR and top 5 heroes of this season.
