I wish i could choose to have an option for Profile visibility as
Friends/groups…
Blizzard obvious like the option to hide the profiles so so do i… but still wants to show friends and groups ???
You can opt to select who sees your profile, whether it’s public, friends or groups that can see it. You don’t have any control over other people’s profiles, though.

so i normally keep it on for groups…
and so does my friend list… So when im looking for a specific role in the friend list when i can not remember, its hidden profile…
So opt for a group/friend visibility plz
Err, no, thanks. There’s a reason you don’t have any control over it. I want my profile settings to apply for everyone, and not just be overruled by people on my friend list or in my group.
What’s wrong with sending a message in that case? And just, you know, ask?

There is an option like that already. Check your social settings. You can alter your profile visibility to “groups only”, “friends only” or “public”. Unfortunately, there isn’t an option yet to show both groups and friends…
But in that case, you decide who gets to see the profile, and I have no issues with that. I was under the impression that you wanted an option to be able to SEE the profiles of friends, even though they set it to private. And that is a big no-no for me.
