Hi,
After my login on Thursday, I noticed that my whole account was reset. All my progress is gone. All my skins, emotes, Mystik Prism, credits, and coins are gone.
I am playing on PC; my first login on Battle.net was 30.10.2010 (check my email history).
I am playing on the European server.
As the FAQ states, I already have tried multiple times to log out and log in. I also have reset my password.
I only received the automatic initial email that I have opened a ticket, but since 4 days ago, no other response.
If any of you has an additional idea or information about what I could try, it would be great.
