Since yesterday my ping has increased from 30-40ms to 130-140ms, i’ve checked and it isn’t my connection (100mb lan, with nothing else connected). Maybe is related to the free trial days?
me too, since yesterday my lattency went from 40-50 to 140ms (yesterday night) and still remains the same right now.
Tried to connect to america server and i’ve got same ping than eu

pd im playing on pc but looks like the same.
i’ve got some friends with lower connection than mine and they’ve got better ping than me btw
PD. Also checked other online games like BO4, 30ms. i don’t know what can be.

Yeah since the update today I can’t even play any form of overwatch. I get a loading screen with whatever map I’m playing then a minute later boom kicked for “inactivity” while still on the loading screen. I’ve tried ALL steps mentioned by blizzard and it’s not my network. I have been in parties and heard group chat but I don’t even have a character in the home screen. It’s just blue and really starting to piss me off. Come on blizzard what the hell.

Your issue could be quite different from what described in this thread. Please open your own, describe as accurately as possible what happens and, if possible, add a link to a screenshot with the blue screen you mentioned. This could help to better understand the issue you are experiencing.
Please make also sure you follow troubleshooting steps in the support article Pachimary linked and perform a complete restart of your console.
