How does it work if I want to play with my friends in this new system?
For example, I’m a Master Supp and a Platinum DPS, and my friend is Plat Supp but Master DPS.

  1. So we can play together but only if we choose to play in the same rank?

  2. If I completed my placements but my friend’s not ( or even we both haven’t completed our placements ), can we play together?

  3. How it would affect playerbase who want to play only in 5-6 stack?

I’m a Soloq player but I really want to try the new system in every aspect :smiley:

  1. You can only play with people of similar rank, so yes.
  2. As far as I know it’s based on your previous season’s rank, so no.
  3. You will only be able to play in the roles that make your SR match. This change has broken basically every aspect of the game, but it’s probably not going away. Your only option is to hope that the Arcade has the right modes when you choose to play with friends.

Not really. I can still play Torbjörn and afk in my spawn with my turret. How do you play the game?

It’s funny because that’s exactly what I expect from people, and I’m still disappointed. Go troll in a custom game.
