Can you change the color from health bar? I hate the white color. I would change it to yellow or other colours if I could

Yes you can.
Settings, video, color blind option.
It does change the color of everything like enemy sym tp shields, abilities won’t be red, but the color you pick.

Wickedlike is right, and I’d even recommend it to non-colourblind folks. I have enemies highlighted purple and friendlies yellow. With all the blue and red barriers I find it hard to notice the elimination skull and keep tabs on friendly healthbars. As a support main it really helps to have your allies in a colour that pops out of the visual noise so its super clear who needs healing.
